Annual Meeting

CECA is a member owned cooperative, and as such we follow the Seven Cooperative Principles. Principle number two is "Democratic Member Control: Cooperatives are democratic organizations controlled by their members, who actively participate in setting policies and making decisions. The elected officials are accountable to the membership. Members have equal voting rights (one member, one vote)."

In accordance with the CECA Bylaws, an Annual Meeting of the Membership is held each year in October. The 2016 meeting will be held on October 8th at the Comanche City Park. At this meeting, members will have the opportunity to meet and visit with CECA employees and board members. Each member will receive an Annual Report detailing the finances and activities of the cooperative, and will cast their ballot to elect new board members and hear those election results.

In addition to the business meeting, CECA will once again have a health fair, entertainment, door prizes, and a delicious meal catered by Cook's Fish Barn.
