CECA serves approximately 17,000 meters in seven counties throughout Central Texas including: Brown, Callahan,Comanche, Eastland, Mills, Shackelford and Stephens counties. The Co-op employs 47 full time employees and maintains 4,962 miles of energized line. CECA has three offices located in Comanche, Early and Eastland.
