Annual Meeting Election
At the 87th Annual Meeting of CECA, two candidates—Bryan Morris and Jason Davis—will appear on the ballot to fill the District 3 vacancy. These individuals were formally nominated by members in attendance at the District 3 meeting held on July 17. The full membership will cast their votes during the Annual Meeting on Thursday, October 9.
District #3 Nominee: Bryan Morris
Meet Bryan Morris
Bryan Morris is a fourth-generation farmer who raises cattle and operates a coastal hay business across Texas and New Mexico. A CECA member since 2006, he has served on the Upper Leon River Municipal Water District Board and the Farm Bureau Board. Bryan brings agricultural expertise, leadership, and a strong commitment to representing CECA members.

Meet Jason Davis
Jason Davis is an entrepreneur and cattle producer who operates a beef business serving families across the region. With decades of business ownership, he has helped companies large and small make sound financial decisions and solve challenges. Jason combines business expertise and agricultural experience with a dedication to representing CECA members.

A CECA member since 2006, he is currently serving on the Upper Leon Soil and Water Conservation Board as well as the Farm Bureau Board. Bryan brings agricultural expertise, leadership, and a strong commitment to representing CECA members.
