As a critical service provider, CECA is committed to insuring the health and safety of all who enter our doors. CECA continues to monitor the COVID-19 preparations and precautions. As such, we have made the decision to close the lobbies of our three location effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020.

The drive thru window in ALL branches will remain open during the posted hours for each location. A night drop box is also available at each CECA location.
Our goal is to decrease the likelihood of illness that could result in work disruptions so that we can continue to provide our members continuity of service. Guided by cooperative values, it is our civic duty to do what we can to live up to the trust that our members place in us to bring them safe, affordable and reliable power.
Members will still be able to pay bills, start service and conduct all other necessary business through our website, by phone, and our smart phone app.
We also ask that anyone who can do business by phone or night drop box to please do so in order to keep drive thru transactions to a minimum.
As we move through this challenging time together, CECA will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and our community leaders. We will keep you informed of any further changes.
