With eight different payment choices, CECA makes it easy for members to choose the payment option that is most convenient for your and your family.
Payment Choices
Login to view your bill electronically through the website or our convenient mobile app. You may also authorize payment from your checking account or credit/debit card. Visit your app store and search CECA to download the app.
A payment drop box is located at each of our three offices for the convenience of members who like to drop off their monthly payment while in town. Payments left in the drop box will be posted the following work day for each specific office.

You can now register online to have your electric bill paid automatically from your credit card, checking or savings account.
An alternative method to regular billing, this billing option provides predictable billing throughout a set period of time. It is calculated on a member's previous 12 month average bill. Contact a Customer Service Representative at 800-915-2533 to sign up.
